Robert Bernstock

President / CEO

Bob has been President and/or CEO of three Fortune 1000 companies (Campbell's Soup Company, Vlasic Foods International, and Scotts Miracle-Gro). He was also President of the US Postal Service in Washington D.C., with oversight of our nation’s largest government agency. He now focuses his energy and leadership skills to help guide new companies towards a great future.

Bob has served on the Board of Directors of six public companies and currently serves on the Boards of several private companies including: City Barbeque, Earth Science, LLC. Central Bark LLC, and SecureSheet Technologies, LLC. Bob received his bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and his MBA from Harvard University. He is a co-owner of Realtime Media.

Brian Tierney Sr.

Partner

Brian Tierney is a co-owner of Realtime Media, CEO of Brian Communications and is a nationally recognized expert in marketing and communications. 

Prior, he was owner and publisher of the Pulitzer prize-winning The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News as well as the CEO of its parent company, Philadelphia Media Holdings.. Brian has launched several successful advertising and public relations companies, including T2 Group and Tierney Communications, which he grew to $275 million in billings and sold to the Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE: IPG).

Brian has served on the Board of Nutrisystem (NASDAQ: NTRI) and Republic Bank (NASDAQ: FRBK), as well as several privately-held businesses. Brian received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and a Doctor of Humane Letters from Cabrini College. He is a co-owner of Realtime Media.

Jim Laurich

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of Realtime Media, LLC, Jim brings more than two decades of progressive financial leadership across accounting, audit, and strategic financial operations.

Since joining Realtime Media in 2014, first as Controller and later as CFO, Jim has led the company’s financial planning, risk management, and strategic operational initiatives during a decade of continued growth.

Previously, Jim spent six years at Smart Devine as Manager and Senior Accountant, guiding key tax, audit, litigation, and forensic engagements. He began his career auditing mid-sized private and Financial-Services clients at McGladrey & Pullen. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael McSunas

General Counsel & Director of Human Resources

Michael serves as Realtime Media’s General Counsel and Director of Human Resources. He has over twenty-five years’ experience in the advertising, marketing and promotions field. Michael brings a unique legal perspective to Realtime Media having served as in-house counsel both at major brands (Fiat Chrysler) and advertising agencies (McCann Erickson), as well as a partner at a nationally known law firm. In his career, Michael has provided legal guidance for Super Bowl campaigns, NFL partnerships, influencer campaigns, and international promotions.

Michael received his bachelor's degree from the University of California Los Angeles and his law degree from Vanderbilt University.

Ilana Shusman

Chief Sales Officer

Ilana is the Chief Sales Officer at Realtime Media. She has been in the incentives and promotions industry for over two decades, helping brands and agencies of all sizes achieve their marketing objectives.

Through the smart design of incentive programs (sweepstakes, contests, instant wins, rebates and offers) Ilana has enabled her clients to learn more about their customers and drive deeper brand engagement and education - building loyalty and advocacy.

Whether guiding quick-to-market programs or tentpole campaigns with ample lead time, Ilana brings a solution-oriented and consultative approach to every situation. Ilana has been fortunate to work with well-known brands such as Amazon, Disney, eBay, and SC Johnson.

Andrew Jessick

Chief Operating Officer

Andrew Jessick is the Chief Operating Officer at Realtime Media with nearly a decade of experience helping brands run compliant, high performing digital promotions.

Andrew began his career in strategic communications, brand-side marketing, and agency operations before joining RTM’s marketing team. From there he focused on sharpening RTM’s positioning, refining business development funnels, and focusing on key client partnership initiatives.

Today, Andrew applies his hands-on experience and customer-centric approach to lead product evolution and optimize service delivery at RTM.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Temple University.

Max Warren

Senior Vice President of Marketing

Max Warren is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Realtime Media, bringing a rich blend of marketing and operational expertise to this forward-looking role. 

Joining RTM in 2019, Max played a critical role in building the operational foundation and scaling RTM’s Prize Fulfillment Business unit, expanding capabilities to better serve brand and agency partners.

Today, Max leads the company’s go-to-market strategy by combining technical understanding of RTM’s products and solutions with creative marketing vision in close partnership with Sales, Account Success, and Operations teams.

Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Analysis & Digital Media Engagement from Temple University.

Debby Hrach

Director of Account Services

Debby is the Director of Account Services at Realtime Media. She has spent 25 years in Client and Account Services, with more than 15 years focused on promotions and loyalty, helping brands and agencies of all sizes achieve their marketing objectives.

She brings a deep understanding of her clients’ businesses, marketing, competitors and objectives to align strategic solutions with goals and KPIs and build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders and senior leadership.

Specializing in digital promotion platforms, shopper marketing, data analysis and customer success, Debby has had the pleasure of working with top brands including Amazon, Disney, eBay, McDonalds and Samsung.
