Keep an eye out for emails from addresses ending in “@rtm.com” or “@promosupport.com” – those are our verified email domains. If you ever receive an email claiming to be from Realtime Media,but sent from an unfamiliar domain, let us know right away! You can always reach out to us at outreach@rtm.com

If you entered a social media promotion, you may have received a direct message from the brand account letting you know you won with information on how to claim your prize.

Until you complete the necessary steps to redeem your prize and verify your status as a winner, your status is still “pending verification” and subject to terms as outlined within the official rules.
