Sam’s Club Holiday Getaway Sweepstakes

The holiday season is a busy time, with a nearly overwhelming sea of promotions and sales from various retailers. Being a membership-style organization, we worked with Sam’s Club and Triad Retail Media to create a sweepstakes campaign that engaged current members, keeping Sam’s Club top-of-mind during this key season.

The OPPORTUNITY

Sam’s Club was looking to drive in-club and online traffic during the holiday season while cutting through the clutter of competitor promotions at the busiest season for retailers. Sam’s Club wanted to not only engage their current club members, but to also interact with consumers looking to become members of the great retail chain.

The solution

Working with Sam’s Club, Triad Retail Media, Facebook’s advertising unit, and a mixture of other agencies; PromoPick was used to quickly get a campaign live that would be engaging to both online and in-club visitors. The campaign was iframed into SamsClub.com as well as integrated into Sam’s Club in-club kiosks and Freeosk sampling machines to give users a chance at winning one of three amazing prizes: a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, a trip to Cancun and a trip to Las Vegas.
