Car rental service Budget wanted to boost their consumer engagement across social media. By working with Realtime Media, they were able to execute a multi-phase User Generated Content campaign over Twitter and Instagram. This helped build brand awareness and supported their engagement goals.
Using the #RoadTripsForever hashtag, users could submit photos via Realtime Media’s integrated Twitter and Instagram APIs.
Realtime Media screened and approved each submission before it was moved to the live gallery.
Authors of approved photos would receive a direct message requesting rights for Budget to use submitted materials.
Judging & Voting
Budget opted to judge entries, and users could vote on groups of semi-finalists and finalists.
